(3) Mary Paris

President, Triad Professional Services

October 15, 2007

The world is full of people who peaked in high school. But there are many of us who didn't get much recognition in the 11th grade. Maybe we didn't even know what we wanted to do, but who blossomed in later years.

And that's the case with our third place honoree.

Mary Paris was voted Most Likely Not to Succeed in High School. So much for high school.

Working at a local legal firm, she noticed they were spending a lot of time maintaining registration in states for their clients. Find a need and fill it – that was the genesis of Triad Professional Services.

Triad provides comprehensive legal support and corporate filings for law firms, public and private companies and commercial real estate. The company she founded has recorded 15,000 percent growth since its inception.

Mary's company is profitable and is focused on staying there. Think she should visit her next high school reunion?
