In at number seven this year, a fast growing company that specializes in enterprise JAVA solutions and ERP consulting. 

Their target: emerging Fortune 500 companies. Their value proposition: simplify the resourcing and implementation.

The company is the Anteo Group, and the president is Dion Deloof.

Working in the Netherlands and London for about seven years, Dion met his business partner at another company, where they ran two divisions.

Then, the two swapped jobs, and got a sense of how each of them work.

At Anteo, they hire thoroughbreds – all stars – and then used 360-degree reviews to push the level of performance.

In his time away from the office, Dion is a trained classical violinist and races sailboats.
