A certified woman-owned business, Convention Models and Talent Agency provides high-end talent staffing for trade shows and events. The President and CEO of CMT is co-founder Shelly Justice. Since 2001, they've been a one-stop source for the convention industry. Proudest moment: buying their own building. Ironically, Shelly Justice's first major in college was criminal justice. And her goal at that time: To be warden of a men's prison.
